At Massood Logistics, we receive inquiries from around the world every day. We know companies looking for a 3PL logistics service provider to entrust with their shipments have a lot of questions before they make such an important decision. After all, they are choosing a partner that will hold their inventory as well as their reputation in their hands.
Here are a few answers to some of those questions. what they want to know..
Can you work with our designated freight forwarder to receive shipments?
Absolutely! Receiving goods from other carriers and freight forwarders is what we are all about. Just give us their name and your authorization and we will take it from there. You can track our progress at any time by logging into our website.
Can we schedule Amazon's partner carriers to pick up shipments from your warehouse?
Of course. We work with Amazon’s designated partners every day. All we need is some account information and your authorization. You will receive updates on your shipments via email or you can check our web site any time.
Can you re-palletize and re-label cartons as needed for Amazon's inbound logistics requirements?
Yes. This is a routine procedure at Massood. On average, our employees have more than ten years experience in warehouse logistics or truck shipping procedures. Repalletization and relabeling is just one of the tasks we perform every day (and night!).
Do you have parcel carriers doing daily pickups from your 3PL warehouse?
We work with USPS, UPS and FEDEX every day. We are a regular pick up for these and all other parcel carriers in this region. In fact, all of the major carriers have drop-trailers on our lot everyday to speed packing and delivery without waiting for trailers to arrive.
Do you provide FBM (Fulfillment By Merchant) services? Our products will arrive individually packed and within master cartons.
Of course we can. We will use your labels or print them for you with your information. We can work from a spreadsheet or your printout. Your company name and logo will appear prominently on every package. Your goods will arrive just as if you shipped them from your facility.
What is your warehouse shipping rate per pallet and the means of payment you accept.
Will do. Our rates per pallet depend on several factors, including weight of goods and insured value. A standard pallet is 40 x 48 x 48 inches and our rates are competitive for the marketplace. We accept all forms of payment, including all major credit cards, bank drafts and letters of credit. Just tell us what works for you and we’ll set up a logistics program just for you.
Do you have available space in your warehouse currently?
We move a lot of goods so our capacity changes every day. We have five fulfillment warehouses and we usually have at least 20,000 square feet available at any given time. We will find room for your goods!
